Finger Vein Scanning Comes to Mo. County Recreation Center

OLNEY, Md. - A new finger vein scanning program at Montgomery County's Olney Swim Center is getting mixed reactions from members of the recreation center.
The program, which is optional, is intended to save on the cost of identification cards currently used by the center.
