"It's slick," says
Kisha Duff, describing the Bouillabass Fish, which rested outside the Hollywood
Diner at East Saratoga Street. Duff is a waitress at the diner.
"It's creative with
the grapes, the wine, the coloring," she says admiringly. Barbara
Cox, the fish's creator, says her sister's bouillabaisse served as part of
her inspiration. "My fish is something
that would make you hungry or thirsty," she says.
She adds it was
challenging "creating something you had to envision in two dimensions. Then
you
had to paint something on [the fiberglass] that was three dimensional. "It was a labor
of love."
