Walking by Baltimore's City
Hall in
early fall, you would have come
across a fish reflecting the city's homey architecture -- its
row houses.
"The idea was to reflect the Baltimore scene,"
says artist Kylis Winborne of his "Fish Row."
One side depicts brick houses, the
other side, colorful houses, painted stucco.
"Absolutely
ecstatic," says
Winborne, when asked if he is pleased with the final product.
"When I
took it out of my studio, I felt a void in my life."
