State's Blood Centers Extend

Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2001 WASHINGTON - Red Cross blood centers
around Maryland have expanded their hours this week to accommodate the
large number of people interested in donating blood in the wake of
terrorist attacks on the Pentagon and the World Trade Center. For
appointments, the Red Cross is asking people to call 1-800-GIVE-LIFE
(1-800-448-3543).
