Student Test Scores Could Influence Maryland Teacher Jobs

BALTIMORE- Sen. Bill Ferguson (D-Baltimore City) has proposed a bill that would tie student test scores to teacher performance evaluations.


It permits school systems to dismiss educators they deem "ineffective."
